Description
West Broad Hyundai is seeking an enthusiastic and responsible individual to join our team as a part-time Lot Attendant and Inventory Photographer. This position is primarily responsible for the overall organization and appearance of inventory on the property, along with miscellaneous duties as necessary to support the sales department. Additional responsibilities will include new vehicle photography and occasional vehicle transport. This position is year round, rain or shine and reports to a direct supervisor. Flexible availability preferred to help when needed with vehicle transport. Previous experience in lot/fleet management, shuttle service, dealer exchanges or valet is preferred.

- Organize and rotate vehicle inventory on the lot to maintain a uniform and logical layout.
- Help maintain vehicle readiness by gassing/charging vehicles and reporting any issues to management.
- Inspect new vehicle deliveries for any damage.
- Occasionally help transport vehicles between dealerships or outside vendors.
- Utilize a mobile phone or iPad to take and upload photos of new vehicle inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Virginia Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Must be able to work well unsupervised
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Ability to drive manual transmission preferred, but not required.
